At the Gastrointestinal Center in Warith International Cancer Institute (WICI), advanced surgical procedures are performed to improve patient health and elevate the standard of care. These procedures include:
-          Radical resection of colon and rectal tumors using laparoscopic surgery, which also includes radical lymphadenectomy.
-          Total and radical resection of stomach tumors, including complete removal of lymph nodes if they are affected.
-          Treatment of dysphagia caused by lower esophageal muscle disorder.
-          Endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD), which helps improve bile flow.
-          Resection of superficial tumors in the stomach wall using Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) technique.
The ESD technique is one of the latest advancements in digestive endoscopy, and it has been available at the Gastrointestinal Center at Warith International Cancer Institute (WICI) to facilitate and accelerate the treatment process, contributing to advanced and effective patient care.


Endoscopic Ultrasound:

Diagnostic and interventional endoscopic ultrasound, such as tissue sampling.

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERCP):

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERCP) for managing bile duct obstructive tumors and placing stents.

Endoscopy Unit:

Diagnostic and interventional upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy (such as polyp removal, treatment of bleeding conditions like varices and bleeding ulcers, and dilation of strictures and obstructions).

Consultation Clinics:

Examination for patients with gastrointestinal and liver diseases.
